  1. The order is placed by the customer; she/he will receive an email with product details which will include the order confirmation number.
  2. You can track the order under “My Orders” by logging into zuzi account
  3. Cash on Delivery will be confirmed by one of our ZUZI staff.


The delivery period will be a maximum of 3 – 4 working days from the completion of the purchase and includes a delivery cost based on the location. The orders will be delivered at the address provided by the customer.

As per the safety guidelines, exchanges & returns will not be accepted until further notice.

Payment Method

Customer can pay with Debit/Credit card. When you are doing payment, website will be redirected to secured payment gateway and after payment is success, it will return to Cash on Delivery is available and it may have COD charges

Payment Failure

If your payment is failure, we are advised to do order again and check your credit/debit card details for sufficient fund.


You can get refund, if you have done the card payment and order is cancelled. Or the order is delivered wrongly.
