Exchange Policy

1. Any garment purchased within 7 days, can be exchanged at any ZUZI outlet.
2. Products need to be in original condition (should not be altered/washed/damaged) and accompanied with the price tag and invoice.
3. Discounted or Promotional items will not be exchanged.
4. Toys, Inner wears, Sleep wears and other accessories will not be exchanged.
